Spacious room, comfortable bed, the staff accommodated our family with connecting rooms and the location was perfect for enjoying both Georgetown and the whole DC area as it is just a 10-minute walk from Foggy Bottom Metro station.

Check-in was frustrating, with no communication about when the room would be ready, forcing me to unload luggage from a trailer to the underground garage without any assistance. The room was comfortable with a clean bathroom, but there was an unpleasant odor from the shower area that persisted despite reporting it. The location was excellent for accessing public transport, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

great stay but minor noise issues

The view from my room was stunning, showcasing the vibrant cityscape. Also, the local dining recommendations from the front desk staff were spot on and added to my experience.

While the overall experience was pleasant, I did notice some noise disturbances at night.

The stylish lobby decor with cobalt-blue velvet sofas made me feel right at home. Plus, the easy access to all floors was a blessing and made getting around so much more convenient for someone like me.

More seating in the public areas would be appreciated.
